Air Greenland is upgrading its ticket booking system to make it smoother, more modern, and simpler for everyone. We invite 5–10 customers of all ages and backgrounds to take part in two weeks of testing on different devices. You’ll use the new booking flow as you normally would, whether on your phone, tablet, or computer, and share your thoughts.
Your feedback should be clear, specific, and practical: tell us what you liked, what was tricky, and how we can be better. If you encounter any issues or have suggestions for improvement, please include details such as screenshots or videos to help us understand your experience.
