Plans change. That is why we have made it simpler to adjust your journey. 

Subject to a fee, you may now amend both the departure time and destination of your ticket, avoiding the need to cancel and rebook. This update applies to Takuss, Standard and Premium ticket types. For Standard Flex and Premium Flex tickets, full flexibility and all included benefits remain unchanged.

For tickets issued by a travel agency, any amendments must continue to be managed by the issuing agent. If the ticket was issued via the Air Greenland business portal, your corporate booking administrator must manage any changes.

Refunds: In the event of a cancellation, Takuss, Standard and Premium tickets remain strictly non-refundable (refunds apply to Flex tickets only). Only taxes and airport charges may be refunded up to two hours prior to departure via My Booking.

Booked through a travel agency?  
If you are travelling on a group ticket or purchased your fare through a travel agent, you must contact your agent directly to discuss amendments to your journey. 

Booked via the Air Greenland business portal?  
If you require changes to a ticket booked via the Air Greenland business portal, please contact your corporate booking administrator to process these updates.
