Premium Flex – Maximum freedom and full flexibility

What is Premium Flex?

Premium Flex is for those who want maximum freedom and flexibility in their travel plans – without compromising on comfort and service. It’s the most flexible ticket type on our transatlantic flights, allowing you to adjust your travel if plans change. At the same time, you get all the Premium benefits, so you can travel comfortably and effortlessly. Premium Flex is ideal for both business travelers and private passengers who value peace of mind and added freedom along the way.

Upgrade your journey – two smart ways to do it

Upgrade your ticket right away

 

If you have a Standard or Standard Flex ticket, you can upgrade to Premium or Premium Flex – as long as seats are available. Upgrades must be made online via My Booking no later than 2 hours before departure. If you upgrade without changing your travel date, you only pay the fare difference. If you change both the date and ticket type, you pay 750 DKK plus the fare difference. Upgrades are not available during check-in.

 

If you're traveling on a Standard or Premium ticket, you can change your travel date or time up to 2 hours before departure for a fee (500 DKK for domestic flights, 750 DKK for transatlantic flights) plus any fare difference. With a Flex ticket, you can change time and date freely up to 2 hours before departure.

 

Standard and Premium tickets are non-refundable – only taxes and fees will be refunded. Standard Flex and Premium Flex tickets are fully refundable, minus a 100 DKK service fee.

Bid for an upgrade

With the SeatBoost app, you have the opportunity to bid for an upgrade to Air Greenland’s Premium Class – exclusively on selected Tuukkaq departures. Bidding starts at 550 DKK, and after that, you decide how much you want to bid. You only pay if you win the auction.

 

The auction opens 10 days before departure and closes automatically 4 hours before takeoff. If you win, you’ll be notified in the app and upgraded automatically. It’s a simple and flexible way to enjoy added comfort, great food, and top-tier service – at a fraction of the price.
